Manufacturing Process
The Process of Perfection
Our advanced manufacturing process uses both mechanical and thermal treatments to produce TMT bars with superior strength and durability. Mild steel billets are heated to approximately 1200°C, shaped, and cooled swiftly in a water bath. This quenching process hardens the bars’ exterior, while the core remains ductile, enhancing resilience and flexibility. Our automatic cooling bed ensures uniformity, producing steel bars of unmatched quality.
